"First of all, I am thoroughly pleased with my experience from start to finish. Booking was smooth. One week out. Had the day I needed available. (Friday - busy day but only day I could do it) Staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Tint job looks great. No bubbles, no light gaps- these folks are the real deal!! They took care of my older JDM import and treated it like it was their own. Sometimes these older vehicles can be tough (and some less experienced shops won’t even touch them because they’re scared of messing them up!!) my truck is 30 years old at this point so some things are brittle and fragile and they let me remove the panels which needed to be removed which I preferred. If you have an Acty / Kei Truck / JDM Import / Valuable Classic Car this is the only place I’d recommend. They really take care of your stuff which means more than anything else to me personally. Price was fair for the work performed, and I did pay for the premium ceramic tint which I prefer. I recommend you do the same if you’re used to cheap tint the ceramic is a game changer. It is a worthwhile upgrade especially if you wear polarized shades. I’ve had the ceramic on other vehicles in the past and trust me when I say it’s the only way to go. It’s worth the extra coin. Give these guys at Smoky Mountain Window Tinting a shot. They’re the real deal. I have absolutely zero complaints. Work was great, quality was excellent. Wait time / dropoff & pickup was a breeze, would definitely come back in the future with other vehicles. Thanks team. You guys rock."
